Current Projects of Interest

  • FAMILY MAUSOLEUMS -- construction drawings for two mausoleums are currently planned. We solicit your interest to give us information on your products and costs for the building materials needed for this construction.

  • A 40 ACRE REAL ESTATE SUBDIVISION on Calvine Road between Sacramento and Elk Grove, California. We are taking bids now for site work, including GRADING, UNDERGROUND PIPE LINES, UTILITIES, SIDEWALKS, CURBS, GUTTERS, AND PAVING.

  • 250 ACRES CHOICE AGRICULTURAL FARMLAND in the river bottom land between Deer Creek and the Cosumnes River south of Sacramento by the town of Sheldon. This excellent land is AVAILABLE FOR LEASE on a percentage or per acre basis. Water is available from three large deep well pumps and directly from the Cosumnes River.
